What is the difference between Client Portal and the IB Portal?

Explains the difference between the Client Portal and the IB Portal (FYNXT), including which portal to use for logging in, funding, withdrawals and managing clients.
Updated yesterday

Axi gives Introducing Brokers two portals, each with a different job. Knowing what each one does helps you manage your partnership smoothly.

Client Portal

The Client Portal is where you manage your own accounts. You log in with your Auth0 login (email and password, Google, Apple) with multi-factor authentication - not with an MT4 account number.

  • See all your accounts together - both your rebate account and your trading account(s) - after a single login.

  • Fund, withdraw and transfer across your accounts (including rebate withdrawals).

  • Request a new trading account.

  • Complete identity verification and download statements.

IB Portal (FYNXT)

The IB Portal is where you manage your referral business. You use it to track rebates and manage the clients you introduce.

  • Track rebates and commission, settled and unsettled.

  • View and manage referred clients and sub-IBs.

  • Access marketing materials and referral links.

Key difference

Use the IB Portal to manage your clients and track rebates. Use the Client Portal to log in, fund, withdraw (including rebate withdrawals), transfer and manage your own accounts. Withdrawals are not available in the IB Portal.
