How do I withdraw my rebates as a partner?

Explains that rebate withdrawals are done in the new Client Portal (not the partner portal), the steps involved, and that RTS does not apply to rebate accounts. Partial withdrawal is pending confirmation.

You withdraw your rebates through the new Client Portal, using your Auth0 login. Withdrawals are not available in the IB Portal or Affiliate Portal.

Please note that you will not be able to withdraw your rebates if your ID verification is incomplete.

How do I withdraw?

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. Go to the Funds and choose Withdraw.

  3. Select your rebate account and choose an available withdrawal method.

Note: There are no deposits made into a rebate account, hence, the Return to Source (RTS) rule does not apply to rebate withdrawals.
