Can I open an individual sub-account if I have a Joint Account?

Joint Accounts are treated as trading accounts. This means the way you request additional accounts depends on whether you want another Joint Account or an Individual Account.

• Requesting an additional Joint Account: If you already hold a Joint Account with another account holder, you can request an additional joint trading account by contacting our Customer Success team.

• Requesting an Individual Account: If you would like to open an additional trading account as an Individual Account, you can request via Client Portal by clicking "Add New Account".
