I can't find the withdrawal option in my IB portal — how do I withdraw?

Tells partners where to withdraw funds when there is no withdrawal option in the IB Portal - the Client Portal and the steps to follow.

Withdrawals - both of your trading account funds and of your IB rebates - are made in the new Client Portal, not the Partner Portal. The Partner Portal does not have a withdrawal function.

Note: Withdrawal will be disabled if your ID verification is incomplete or you have no prior rebates earned.

How to withdraw

  1. Log in to the Client Portal with your Auth0 login (email and password, Google, Apple).

  2. Go to the Funds section on the left-side panel and choose Withdraw.

  3. Select the account you want to withdraw from and choose an available method.

Good to know

  • Rebate withdrawals: there is no Return to Source (RTS) rule on rebate funds.

  • Trading account withdrawals: standard withdrawal rules apply, including Return to Source where relevant.
