Why can’t I open an additional rebate/commission account after the Client Portal migration?

Additional rebate/commission account requests are not currently available through the new Client Portal. Learn how the migration affects new requests and who to contact if you need another account.

Additional rebate/commission account requests are not currently supported in the new Client Portal. After migration, you may find that the option is not available or receive an error when trying to submit a request. 

Your existing rebate/commission accounts are not affected by the migration and will continue to be available. 

If you need an additional rebate/commission account, please contact your Account Manager, who can inform you of the available options.
